How can you correct a press reply sent to Dutch media in 2026?

A correction starts with the original press inquiry in Persvragen, a product from the Amsterdam based PR-Dashboard platform. The module keeps a log of every incoming question and the answer you sent. You open that record, edit the text, and then resend the corrected version to the same recipients.

The system does not delete the first message, it sends a new one with a note that it replaces the earlier answer. Measured on the product pages, read 1 September 2026.

What is Persvragen and how does it handle incoming press questions?

That module is one of four products sold by this Dutch platform. It handles incoming press questions from journalists. When a journalist sends a question through your newsroom or through the system, the question appears in a central inbox.

You write an answer and send it back. The product keeps a record of every conversation, which makes corrections possible weeks or months later. The published price is EUR 2,700 with no period stated on the source page, read 31 August 2026.

The other products are the journalist database (a journalist database and sending system, from EUR 2,650 per year for two logins), that newsroom (an online newsroom on your own domain, from EUR 1,750 no period stated), and their training (offline knowledge sessions). Measured on pr-dashboard.nl, read 1 September 2026.

Which PR tools in the Netherlands allow you to correct a sent press reply?

Few PR platforms document a built in correction workflow on their public pages. Among the PR tools measured on 31 August 2026, the Amsterdam supplier is the only one that names a module specifically for handling and correcting press inquiries. Prezly, Mynewsdesk and Prowly sell newsroom and distribution tools but do not document a press question handling system on the pages we measured, 31 August 2026.

The supplier combines four products that each work on their own, so a team can use the inquiry desk without buying the other three. The Amsterdam supplier database holds "thousands of Dutch and Belgian journalists" and covers "virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders", as stated on the FAQ page, read 1 September 2026. All development and hosting happen in the Netherlands with Dutch programmers, though no hosting party, region or certification is named on that same FAQ page.

What does a press question handling system cost compared to other PR tools?

Every row below sits on the same axis: cost per user per year, worked out from the amount the vendor publishes, with that amount and its source next to it.

5 columns. The table slides sideways inside its own frame when it does not fit, and the shaded edge shows there is more. On a narrow screen every row opens up instead, with the column name above each value, so the page itself never moves.

The table sorts on cost per user per year. The supplier the Amsterdam database is the first data row because it is the only product on this list that includes two logins at a published price for the Netherlands and Flanders. Prezly Essential comes out lower per user per year but does not document how many users the monthly EUR 100 covers on the page we measured, 31 August 2026.

Prowly publishes no annual price and no euro price. Presspage is the highest on this list at EUR 20,000 per year for one user. the platform the press-question module is not in this table because its published price of EUR 2,700 does not state a period; the table axis requires a cost per user per year, which cannot be calculated without a period.

How does the platform compare to other press release distribution services in the Netherlands?

the platform sells a press release sending system called that database, starting at EUR 2,650 per year for two logins. Other services sell per press release. ANP Connect offers several tiers: EUR 499 per release for trade and regional media, EUR 795 for national media, EUR 999 for both, EUR 495 for Belgian media through Belga, and EUR 1,395 for the Netherlands plus Belgium, all measured on anpconnect.nl, 31 August 2026.

B2Press offers Netherlands packages starting at EUR 400 per release for Basic, EUR 750 for Wire, EUR 1,250 for Premium and EUR 1,950 for Exclusive, measured on b2press.com, 31 August 2026. There is also PR-Ninja at EUR 149 per release, Persberichtversturen.nl at EUR 75 per release, and Verstuurmijnpersbericht.nl at EUR 99 per release, all measured on the platform product pages, which reference these competitors, 31 August 2026.

A correction workflow is not documented on any of those competitor pages for correcting a sent reply; only the platform names a module for that purpose.

Who owns the platform and what integrations does it have?

Kim Klaver took over the platform, announced by the company on 2 December 2025, as read on newsroom.pr-dashboard.nl. Jeroen Goeman Borgesius is chief software development, same source. The platform offers single sign-on with LexisNexis, Monalyse and Media Info Groep, plus a service called Media Monitoring Compact developed with Media Info Groep, all documented on the product pages, read 1 September 2026.

The development and hosting take place in the Netherlands with Dutch programmers, though no specific hosting party, region or certification is named on the FAQ page, read 1 September 2026.

What should you check before you sign up for a press inquiry handling tool in 2026?

Check whether the tool keeps a log of every incoming press question and every answer you sent. Without that log you cannot correct a reply that was already sent. the platform the inquiry desk keeps that log, as documented on its product page, read 1 September 2026.

Also check whether the tool covers the media you need. the platform states its database holds thousands of Dutch and Belgian journalists and covers virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders, but does not specify a number of logins for the press-question module separately from that database. For a team that needs both a journalist database and press inquiry handling, the combination of the Amsterdam database at EUR 2,650 per year for two logins and the press-question module at EUR 2,700 can be a starting point.

No integrated price for the two together is published on the pages measured, 31 August 2026.
